Who we are

SECURICO Guard Services, Inc. is a California corporation providing licensed security guard services, with its principal place of business at 1225 W 190th St Ste 452, Gardena, CA 90248. In this policy "SECURICO", "we" and "us" mean that company. This policy covers securicoguards.com and the quote and RFP forms on it. Our United Kingdom operation at securicoguards.co.uk is governed by its own notice.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, submit an RFP or apply for a job, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, the address or city of the site you want covered, the schedule and service you need, and anything you write in a free-text box. Job applicants additionally provide the contents of their application. We ask for nothing more than a quote or an application needs, and no field is collected for resale.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps and referring page — which we use to keep the site up and to detect abuse. Our host also supplies an approximate city-level location derived from your IP address so the site can show the nearest cities we cover; that approximation is used at page-render time and is not stored against you. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We use what you submit to price your job, to reply to you, to staff and administer any service you go on to book, to assess job applications, and to meet legal, licensing and insurance obligations that apply to a licensed private patrol operator. The legal basis is the steps necessary to enter into and perform a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and consent where you have given it — for example for marketing messages.

Who your information reaches

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (form handling and file storage), SendGrid (email delivery), Google Maps Platform (address autocomplete, subject to Google's own privacy policy), and Anthropic (the assistant that turns a free-text description of your site into a schedule). Where you contact a SECURICO branch, your inquiry reaches that branch. We disclose information otherwise only when the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Calls, texts and marketing

If you give us a telephone number and ask us to call, you are consenting to be contacted about your inquiry at that number, including by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of getting a quote or of buying anything from us. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop email. Requests to stop marketing do not stop operational messages about a service you have actually booked.

How long we keep it

Quote inquiries that do not become clients are kept for two years so we can recognize you if you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for the life of the account and then for the period our insurance, licensing and tax obligations require — generally seven years. Job applications are kept for two years unless you ask us sooner. Server logs are kept for a rolling ninety days.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from, the right to a copy of it, the right to have it corrected, and the right to have it deleted. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — we will not refuse you service, change your price or give you a lesser standard of service because you asked. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for a Do Not Sell request to stop, but you are welcome to confirm that with us in writing.

Rights if you are outside California

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy statutes have broadly equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and we honor them on the same terms rather than checking which state you are in. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, contact our UK operation, whose notice governs that processing.

How to exercise a right

Email info@securicoguards.com or call (310) 209-8119 and tell us what you want done. We will verify that the request really comes from you — usually by confirming details already in the record — and respond within forty-five days, extending once by a further forty-five days if the request is complex, and telling you if we do. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive.

Security, children, and changes

Access to inquiry data is restricted to staff who need it, transmission to and from this site is encrypted, and our form endpoints accept submissions only from our own domains. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under thirteen; we do not knowingly collect their information, and will delete it if we learn we have. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and material changes will be announced on this page.

Common questions

Do you sell my information to other security companies?+
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your inquiry goes to SECURICO and to the service providers listed above who process it on our instructions only.
Will I be put on a marketing list if I get a quote?+
Only if you opt in. Consent to marketing is never a condition of getting a quote. Operational messages about a job you have actually booked are separate and continue regardless.
How do I get my information deleted?+
Email info@securicoguards.com or call (310) 209-8119. We verify the request is genuinely yours and respond within forty-five days. Records we are required to keep for licensing, insurance or tax reasons are the one exception, and we will tell you if that applies.
Do you use cookies?+
We use only what the site needs to function. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels.
