Pay and schedules
Questions about a paycheck, hours, or a scheduling conflict go to hr@securicoguards.com with your name and site — payroll questions get priority handling. Schedule changes and availability updates should also go to your supervisor so the operations center can plan coverage.
Injuries and incidents on shift
Report any on-the-job injury immediately: first to your field supervisor or the 24-hour operations center at (310) 209-8119, then in writing to hr@securicoguards.com the same day. Prompt reporting protects you — it is how workers’ compensation coverage and medical care get moving without delay.
Workplace concerns
Concerns about conduct, safety, harassment or anything on a post can be raised directly to HR — in writing to hr@securicoguards.com or by phone — and are handled confidentially and without retaliation. If something is wrong on your site, we want to know while it can still be fixed.
Uniforms, equipment and credentials
Uniform issues and replacements, equipment problems, and help keeping your guard card and permits current all route through hr@securicoguards.com. Do not let a credential lapse quietly — flag it early and we will help you stay deployable.
Employment verification
Lenders, landlords and background checkers requesting verification of employment should contact hr@securicoguards.com. Current and former employees can request verification letters the same way.
