These are the licences we hold. Where we describe coverage in a state not listed above, we are describing where we can deploy under contract, not a licence held in that state, and no page on this site claims otherwise.
3. Officer registration and permits
Every officer holds the guard registration required by the state they work in. Armed officers additionally hold a current firearm permit with range qualification on file.
Registrations and permits are tracked centrally and flagged for renewal before they expire, so an officer with a lapsed credential is not assigned to a post.
4. Insurance
We carry commercial general liability insurance covering our security operations, including armed work, and workers compensation covering our workforce. Officers work under our coverage, not the client's.
A certificate of insurance naming your property or venue is issued when the service agreement is signed, and reissued on renewal. Limits, endorsements and additional insured wording are stated on the certificate itself rather than on this page.
5. Vetting and training
- A background check is completed before an officer is deployed.
- Officers complete the training their state requires for their registration and permit class.
- Our own onboarding covers de-escalation, report writing, access control procedures and emergency response.
- Site-specific post-order training is completed before an officer stands a post alone.
- Posts are audited in the field without notice.
6. Procurement and vendor onboarding
For public procurement and enterprise vendor onboarding we can supply a W-9, certificates of insurance to your specified wording, licence documentation, and a capability statement.
